How to delete your Flipage account

To delete your account and the content you created with Flipage, send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

Compose deletion email

The button opens your email app with everything prefilled. If it does not open, write to [email protected] manually using the details above.

What happens next

• We confirm your request by email.
• We delete your account, uploaded videos and images, extracted and edited frames, styled images, and exports from our servers within one month.
• Any unused credits are lost when your account is deleted.
• We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as purchase and transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.
• Exports you saved to your device stay on your device until you delete them there.
